We greatly enjoyed a nice size rooms and good food.

the place was nicely presented and well-appointed, with its well-trained staff especially at the reception desk. the location was handy and comfy, close enough to the xmas market, supermarket, coin shopping centre and all restaurants, and a bus stop, which is serviced by the airport bus, right outside making the commute from the airport very simple and inexpensive. furthermore, close enough to the train station.

It was centrally located, minute walk from Piazza Matteotti.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the city center and shops, just a short walk from a train station, and the rooms are nicely decorated with nightstands, windows, and balconies for a pleasant stay.

My stay was very nice for a very enjoyable visit.

This is a pleasant hotel, with genuinely helpful staff, and it's centrally located to the funicular going to the upper town historic center.

Centrally located hotel close to the bus stop, train station, and city center. Perfect and fairly quiet rooms with a safe on top of the wardrobe. Excellent breakfast served at the hotel. A charming and lovely venue, my first choice in Bergamo.

A nicely appointed hotel in Bergamo with patient staff at the reception desk. Excellent location minute walk from the train station for easy access to city. Only 5 minutes walking to downtown.

There is nothing to criticize here.

The reception area was well-lit and welcoming, creating a pleasant first impression. The availability of nearby car parking was convenient for guests who had their own vehicles. the cleanliness of the room and the provision of all necessary amenities were commendable.

The hotel location was difficult to find, as there were no clear signs directing guests to the entrance. It would have been helpful to have a sign on the pavement or some form of directional sign, especially during rainy weather when visibility was compromised.

The hotel is conveniently located near the center of Bergamo, the train station, and the airport bus stop. It is centrally positioned and close to charming shopping streets.- Guests have easy access to the Donizetti Theatre.
